Guest Appearance Release

1. Consent to record

You consent to being recorded (audio and video) for an episode of The RebelRebel Podcast (the “Program”), including pre-interviews and related sessions.

2. Grant of rights

You grant the Producer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, clip, distribute, publicly perform, and display the recordings, in whole or in part, in any media or platform now known or later developed — including podcast platforms, YouTube, social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.

3. Name and likeness

You grant the Producer the right to use your name, likeness, voice, image, biography, and social media handles in connection with the Program and its promotion.

4. Editorial control

The Producer has final editorial control over the Program, including what is included, edited, excerpted, or not published. Recording an episode does not guarantee publication.

5. No compensation

You will not receive payment for your appearance. You confirm you are appearing voluntarily for promotional and conversational value.

6. Your representations

You confirm that: your statements are your own opinions or true to the best of your knowledge; you have the right to share any material you present; and your appearance does not violate any agreement or third-party right, and is not defamatory or infringing.

7. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Producer, its hosts, employees, and partners from claims arising from ordinary editing, excerpting, promotion, and distribution of your appearance, including claims based on rights of privacy or publicity.

8. Promotion of your work

The Producer may — at its discretion — include links to your website, products, or social channels in show notes and promotional material, but is not obligated to.

9. Withdrawal

Before an episode is published, you may ask the Producer in writing (studio@rebelrebelpodcast.com) to withhold publication, and the Producer will reasonably consider the request. Rights already granted for published material survive.

10. Governing law

This release is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
